O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2606 of 2019 dated 07.06.2019.

2.This Court does not find anything wrong with the conditions imposed by the Court below.

3.The Court below took in to consideration the fact that only because of the rash and negligent driving of the petitioner, the accident had taken place as a result of which an innocent life was lost. The petitioner must realize the pain caused to the family of the victim and that is the reason why the Court below has directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) towards compensation. 4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
