ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.OP.No.34990 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court Crl.OP.No.34990 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 is relaxed.
