ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2025 on the file of CCB-Avadi, and file the Final Report/Charge Sheet before the concerned Magistrate within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime No.121 of 2025, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the petitioners / defacto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 18-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order JER
