(through video conference) Heard Mr. N.Inbanathan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.
There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.48 a.m.
The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to supply liquor stocks as demanded by him continuously to the licensed premises at Queens Bar and Restaurant situated at No.27/14, Kaliamman Koil Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai, for license No.AIZPR129ID till the expiry of the license period.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent, on instructions, states that the liquor stocks had been supplied to the Petitioner till the the year 2019 for the license held by him, but as if he failed to pay the licence fee for the subsequent periods thereafter, the same could not be made. He has also filed a memo dated 28.10.2020 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
