By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner / Educational Trust filed this Writ Petition, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass orders on the application submitted by the petitioner trust dated 02.04.2019 and the subsequent proposal forwarded by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3343-1/A3/2019 dated 31.05.2019 and to grant permission to the Petitioner Trust to start Arts and Science College in the name of "Swami Vivekanantha Arts and Science College" in Adayalampattu Village, Maurayoval Taluk, Chennai 600095, from the academic year 2019-2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.The said representation dated 02.04.2019 was made by the petitioner and at the time of commencement of the College, it has been forwarded by the third respondent / Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai on 31.05.2019. Taking into consideration, the fact that the academic year is to be commenced in the month of June 2019 without expressing any opinion, on the merits of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first and second respondents to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction, No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
