The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the FIR against the said person as per petitioner's complaint dated 16.01.2015 and to file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent police on 08.03.2015 and he has also submitted a copy of the closure report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
