Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition of the appearance of the petitioner before the XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases at Chennai every month till the disposal of Crl.A.NO.721 of 2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.V.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above miscellaneous petition is filed to totally relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2013 made in MP.No.1/2013 in Crl.A.No.721/2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court, by appearing before the Court concerned till date regularly. The said fact is also affirmed by Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent / CBI. In view of the above, the condition imposed is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned once in every six months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
