O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first to fourth respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 12.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner to take suitable action for removing the fake insertion of Sale Deed dated 04.12.1986 in Document No.1165 of 1986 by replacing the actual Mortgage Deed dated 04.12.1986 in Document No.1165 of 1986 on the file of the SRO, Guduvanchery and also to take sever action against the fifth respondent and his group for the illegal act of insertion of the fake Sale Deed dated 04.12.1986 in Document No.1165 of 1986 in place of actual Mortgage Deed dated 04.12.1986 in Document No.1165 of 1986 on the file of SRO, Guduvanchery.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to fourth respondents submits that appropriate order will be passed by the third respondent on the representation dated 12.03.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on merits .

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stand disposed by directing the third respondent to dispose the representation dated 12.03.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the third respondent has no jurisdiction to consider the same, the said representation shall be transferred to the fourth respondent immediately and the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within the aforesaid period. No cost.
