Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records and quash the impugned order in proceedings No.A7/108/1234/10 dated 24.01.2014 passed by the respondent in respect of the petitioner premises at No.26,G.N.Chetty road T.Nagar, Chennai600 017.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
