Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to cancel the seal of endorsement affixed on the Certificate of Enrolment as Advocate granted to the petitioner pursuant to the withdrawal of Clause 28(b), Schedule III, Rule 11, Part IV of the Legal Education Rules-2008 as per the Resolution bearing No. 231/2013 dated 28.9.2013 notified by the 1st respondent in the Gazette of India Extraordinary published on 31.10.2013.
