ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2018.

2. It appears that the representation appear to be in the form of a complaint against the third respondent's activities. According to the petitioner, the third respondent has committed fraud, which was not taken note of by the second respondent. According to him, the third respondent has involved in criminal cases and was attending criminal court proceedings on a number of occasions, but at the same time he appears to have been present in the office and discharging his duty. Therefore, according to the petitioner, the third respondent has tampered the documents. Therefore, a representation has been given to the second respondent to take action against the third respondent.

3. This Court is unable to appreciate as to how such a representation has to be entertained by this Court in its writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It appears that the petitioner has some grudge against the third respondent and in order to settle some personal score, the present writ petition has been filed. Several averments have been made in the affidavit which appear to be incoherent and disjointed and this Court cannot pass any direction as prayed for on the basis of such averments. More than that it appears that the averments are self-serving and this Court cannot be dragged into the personal issues of the petitioner as against the third respondent.

4. As a result, this Court is of the view that this writ petition lacks bona fide and therefore, the same cannot be entertained. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
