When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.497 of 2021 and the same is closed on 19.11.2021.

2. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If at all any other complaint is lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent is directed to issue notice and conduct enquiry.
