ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 17.02.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147,148,294(b),302 of I.P.C in Crime No.84 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused are alleged to have attacked and committed murder of the deceased. The petitioners are arrayed as A5, A6 and A9. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners have been in jail from 20.07.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there was one previous case pending against each of the petitioner. He further submits that this Court had earlier dismissed the bail application for the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11192 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and earlier this Court had dismissed the bail application and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
