O R D E R

Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.584 of 2015 dated 25.2.2015 on the file of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

2. Condition has been imposed by the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. while granting bail to the petitioners. One of such conditions is that the petitioners should stay at Madurai and appear before the Madurai Villakku Thoon Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that 1st petitioner is a senior citizen and 2nd petitioner is his wife. They are residing in Chennai. They are having their family in Chennai. He further submitted that since the date of imposition, as on date, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners are regularly complying with the condition and due to the condition imposed, they are unable to attend their normal duties and their family affairs.

4. There is no allegation that they caused interference in doing investigation by the respondent.

5. Considering the above aspects, ordered as under:- (i) Petition is allowed.

(ii) Condition relaxed in toto.
