CRIME NO.17 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13125 of 2020 order dated 08.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KANISHKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.12.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

Though, the petitioner is complying with the condition however, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to at this point of time.
