ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that pending Writ petition, the Workman applied for voluntary retirement and at that time, he gave an undertaking affidavit stating that he would not press the reliefs granted under the Award passed in I.D. No.256 of 2013 dated 07.12.2018, against which the present Writ petition is filed by the mangement.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the said submission of the counsel for the respondent may be recorded.
