The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 11.08.2023 made in C.M.P.No.2724 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
