O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 08.03.2012 made in W.P.No.27280 of 2009.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation has submitted that this Court by an dated 08.03.2012 in W.P.No.27280 of 2009, directed the respondents to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ representation of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2009. The

Corporation passed an order dated 02.05.2012 in compliance of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner, instead of questioning the same has filed this contempt petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the contempt petition stands closed, with liberty to question the aforesaid order, if so advised.
