Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification No.2/MRB/2020 dated 22.05.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same consequently and direct the respondent authorities to complete the recruitment process for filling up all 1884 vacancies in the Tamil Nadu Government Medical Services by considering the candidatures of the petitioners who are all qualified in the MRB examination dated 2018 conducted by the 3rd respondent vide notification dated 25.09.2018 and fill up all 1884 vacancies as per 2018 notification dated 25.09.2019 subject to the order of merit in the rank list and availability of candidates by conducting a fair and open counselling.
