This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para 6 that they shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, in which one surety must be a blood surety in the above Crl.O.P.No.7248 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner's wife is also implicated as accused in this case, there is no other blood surety available for the petitioner. So, even after the bail order dated 05.04.2023, he is languishing in jail for 60 days and he is also aged about 55 years. Hence, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) 1/3

with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Mahila Sessions Court, Ariyalur.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 7248 of 2023 vide order dated 05.04.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 22.06.2023 rpp 2/3
