2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case in Crime No.127 of 2011 was subsequently investigated and a charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kancheepuram. The learned Magistrate has taken the charge sheet on file in C.C.No.229 of 2014 and the same is pending for trial.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take all his defence before the trial Court.
