Course (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) at the Government Siddha Medical College, Chennai.
Petition in W.P.No.35398 of 2015 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to sanction and disburse the educational loan to the petitioner on the basis of his application dated 29.10.2014 so as to enable the petitioner to pursue his B.E (Mechanical Engineering) Course at Arunai Engineering College, Velur Nagar, Mathur, Tiruvannamalai District.

A perusal of the records would show that an order was passed by the Bank Ombudsman on 7.10.2015 stating that the dispute with respect to the forwarding the applications cannot be considered since there are contradictory claims between the petitioners and respondent. any case, the dispute, being one of fact, this Court cannot go into the same.
2. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to give a fresh application to the Bank of Baroda, Alangayam Panchayat. As and when such applications are given by the petitioners, the said authority will have to consider and take appropriate action expeditiously. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
