Rangaramanuja Maha Desikan, Knoun as Srimad Srimushnam Andavan, the Peetathipathi (head) of Srirangam Srimad Andavan Peri Asramam is void and not binding on the 1st Defendant and the Plaintiffs; (b) Grant Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendants No. 2 to 8 from appointing or nominating or anointing any person as the 12th pontiff of the 1st Defendant;

(c) for cost of the proceedings.

J U D G M E N T

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the Plaintiffs intend to withdraw the applications for leave to sue against the Sixth to Eighth Defendants and that the Plaintiffs would not be prosecuting the unnumbered suit further and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, these applications as well as the unnumbered suit are also dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
