Against this petition, a Caveat and supporting affidavit were filed by the Caveators. As per order of this Court, the Original Petition No.387 of 2015 was converted into Testamentary Original Suit No.25 of 2016.

JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the defendants submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Settlement Agreement dated 08.01.2025 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The said Settlement Agreement is recorded.
