O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the confirmation of contract issued in proceedings dated 05.11.2016 in favour of the respondents 2 and 3.

2. The Confirmation order was issued, based on the Tender held on 09.08.2016 for the supply of 50Kg Capacity 580 gm New Bale gunny bag. The writ petition was filed in the year 2016 and already 5 years lapsed. Thus, the cause aroused did not exists as of now. The respondents 2 and 3 based on the contract, would have completed the contractual obligations.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent states that the supply has already been completed based on the contract.

4. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
