3.Learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has no serious objection for this application being allowed. 4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to mark the documents, however subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

5.The Registry is directed to post the main suit before the learned Master for recording evidence.
