3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.C.No.154 of 2024. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2991 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
