Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 29.01.2015 and to file final report and direct to investigation as in enjoined under code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.9 of 2015 and the present complaint lodged by the petitioner is only a counter blast for the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
