This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10302 of 2023 vide order dated 26.04.2024 as the petitioner shall give one blood surety, out of two sureties.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety shall be the wife of the petitioner, on proper identification.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. It is made clear that all other conditions remain unaltered.
