Rules and Order VII Rule 2 CPC, praying for the following reliefs: (a) permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant from interfering with the normal day-to-day business activities of the plaintiff Bank and/or threatening and/or harassing the plaintiff Bank's Officers/employees in any manner whatsoever;
(b) direct the 1st defendant to pay Rs.25,10,000/- towards heavy damage / Loss caused by the 1st defendant to the reputation of the plaintiff Bank among the
customers of the plaintiff Bank, as well as smooth business functioning of the plaintiff Bank; and

J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel representing for the plaintiff has made an endorsement that he may be permitted to withdraw the suit and the Court to direct refund of one and half of the Court fees paid to the plaintiff. 2 .
It is seen that the defendant had not entered appearance and naturally the written statement has also not been filed refuting the allegations of the plaintiff.
