This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8116 of 2024, dated 08.04.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8116 of 2024, dated 08.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the District and Sessions Court, Nagapattinam, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and also appear before the Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
