Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel that this Criminal Miscellaneous petition in wrongly listed,the same has been already disposed of, by order dated 15.05.2017. He has further submitted that the amount has not been paid by the petitioner, as per the aforesaid conditional order and therefore there is a deemed dismissal of the petition.
2. It is noted that the conditional order has been passed stipulating that if the amount is not paid on or before 17.05.2017,the petition for extension of time will be dismissed automatically.
