O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and issue "Man Missing" certificate to the petitioner for missing her son viz., Rajini @ Balamurugan in the year 2014.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Criminal Original Petition, directs the respondents police to complete the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2014 by considering the representation dated 03.09.2024 made by the petitioner's grandson after issuance of notice and giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and its outcome shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
