This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the act of Contempt of Court for his disobedience of the order dated 13.09.2006 passed in W.P.No. 17223 of 2004.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has already been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4696/m2/2011.
