Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent proceedings No.PERS/1R/1102/139/SPR & ORS./03/418 dated 20.2.2004 which has been issued by the third respondent illegally without jurisdiction and quash the same. For Petitioner : No appearance.

ORDER
Mr.Parthiban, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the challenge in the present writ petitioner against the issuance of show cause notice dated 20.2.2004 had become infrcutuous long time ago since the third respondent, who issued the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
show cause notice, finding no order of stay retraining the respondent, had completed enquiry and thereupon the petitioner was also imposed with punishment on that basis which was also not challenged by the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner had been subsequently imposed with punishment subsequent to the impugned show cause notice, this court finds nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
