O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, to quash the impugned order of first respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.E1/8294/2005, dated 17.12.2007 by calling for all the connected records pertaining to the same and by directing the first respondent to pass a fresh orders in Na.Ka.E1/82/02 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.E1/6294/05 after obtaining documents through the office of the second respondent in pursuant to disposal of W.P.35296/2007, in the interest of justice.

2. On an earlier occasion on 22.06.2018, since there was no representation for the petitioner, this matter was listed on 27.06.2018 and this Court was inclined to give one more opportunity to lead the case of the petitioner with a direction to the Registry to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 28.06.2018 (today).

3. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
