This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.232 of 2018 and file final report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.232 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, with due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
