O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction the post of Physical Education Teacher to the 5th respondent school and consequently, approve the appointment of the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher from 07.10.2009 with all consequential benefits in the light of the orders in WP.No.13243/2007 dated 26.03.2008 and W.P.No.33431 of 2002 dated 27.08.2009.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner got appointment as Physical Education Teacher and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.
