Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent herein dated 08.05.2018 in LR.No. AAO/ED/F.ASD/D.NO.322 of 2018 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to return the excess security deposit amount of Rs.4,18,775.17/- to the petitioner herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issues raised in the Writ Petition have already been resolved by the respondent-Electricity Board, and therefore, nothing survives for any adjudication in this Writ Petition.
