It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry is pending with reference to the complaint lodged by Saravanan and the petitioners may be directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police for one hearing to take further action in this matter.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police on 24.11.2020 at 10 a.m. and the second respondent is further directed to enquire the petitioners and dispose of the complaint lodged by Saravanan in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
