Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.55 of 2013 dated 17.04.2014 by this Honble Court.[IN CRL.MP.NO.6363/2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KUMARESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above miscellaneous petition is filed to totally relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2014 made in MP.No.1/2014 in Crl.A.No.55/2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the modified condition imposed by this Court, by appearing before the Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. regularly.

The said fact is also affirmed by Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent / CBI. In view of the above, the condition imposed is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned once in every six months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
