ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2023 as per the Order passed in W.A.No.30933 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019 and release all the monetary benefit funds to the petitioner.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was dismissed from service. However, as the Order of dismissal has been challenged belatedly in W.P.No.17195 of 2019, the Writ Petition has been dismissed. As against which, Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3933 of 2019 has been filed and the same was allowed for limited scope regarding monetary befits and other emoluments. Even after the Order passed in the above Writ Appeal, the respondents have not considered the representation of the petitioner and the amounts payable to the petitioner has not been paid by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition 2/5
has been filed.
4. In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2023 and find out whether any amount is due and payable to the petitioner and if there is any amount payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
