Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for the land in Door No.8/87 Veeranur, Konour West Village, Mettur Taluk, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.09.2020 and to issue patta to the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
