2. The petitioners have challenged show cause notice dated 03.01.2024 and subsequent notices to which the petitioners have filed interim replies. After some hearing, Mr.Sanjeevi, learned counsel for the petitioners would seek a reasonable opportunity to appear before the authority and put forth their detailed submissions
3. Let this be done before the authority. In fact, the matters are listed before the authority today at 3.00 p.m. and hence nothing stops the petitioners from appearing before the authority and commencing the 2/4
proceedings seeking an opportunity of filing a detailed reply. Needless to say, the petitioner must file their replies within the time granted and cooperate in the smooth completion of the proceedings.
4. Finding no justification to entertain these Writ Petitions challenging show cause notices, these Writ Petitions are disposed in light of this order. No costs.
