Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated 24.11.1999 in A.S.No.85 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chingleput, preferred by the first respondent herein reversing the judgment and decree dated 30.10.1996 made in O.S.No.775 of 1987 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chingleput.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondents report before this Court that there is no instruction from their respective clients. Further more, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo with returned postal cover addressed to the appellant and submits that the postal cover was returned as "insufficient address".

2. Recording the above said submission, this Second Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
