These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- This application is filed by the applicant seeking to grant extension of time from 28.05.2018 for completion of the Arbitral Proceedings .
2. It is stated that the pleadings are complete and now
the trial is yet to commence. As the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed for the relief stated supra.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.
4. It is stated by both learned counsels that the next hearing before the Arbitral Tribunal is fixed on 31.10.2019. Hence, they prayed for extension of time from 31.10.2019 for completion of the arbitral proceedings.
5. With the consent of both learned counsel, time is extended by six months from 31.10.2019 for completion of the Arbitral proceedings and for passing the award. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator for passing of the award as expeditiously as possible.
