PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay full pension, DCRG, Earned Leave, Unearned Leave for remaining 32 days, CPS, 10% Provident Fund and Gratuity with arrears of pension, together with interest to the petitioner.

ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 20.06.2023, the learned Government Advocate, on written instructions, submitted that the proposals were sent within four days and the third respondent has also disbursed a sum of Rs.5,45,376/- to the petitioner and the full pension has also been sanctioned.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been met, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. In case any other terminal benefits are still due, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation seeking for the same and the respondents shall consider it 2/4
atleast within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
