ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 27.02.2015 to the second respondent seeking to issue a Computer extract of Patta for Patta Nos.2981, 4273, situated at Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Trivellore District, in his name. On nonconsideration of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made herein, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
