PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under article 226 of the Constitution, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to provide police protection to the petitiner S.K.M. Contractor and Service Pvt Ltd., Veeracholapuram Toll Plaza, Nathakkarai, Vinayagapuram, Athoor Taluk, Salem District peacefully with its workers and thereby prevent the respondents 6 to 8, their members, agents and outside supporters from assembling at the petitioner's place having running of vehicles.
