This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the plaint, however the photo copy of the same has been annexed and filed before this Court in the revision and the learned counsel for the petitioner claims that along with the suit summons, the photocopy of the plaint has been annexed and served on him, but the said copy does not contain the Court seal. However, he had taken a further photo copy of what has been received by him and has filed in this revision. Hence, he seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the original or certified copy of the plaint for the present.
